Year-end gift giving at CSS
Say “We Honor You” to a teacher, staff person, family member or friend by making a donation in their name to one of these four special funds.
A card will be sent to the honoree to acknowledge your gift. Read more…Library Fund For a donation of $20.00, the CSS Library purchases a bookplate to be placed inside the front cover of a book with your name and the name of the person you wish to honor. All other donations to this fund will go toward building our library collection.
Program Fund The Program Fund provides enhanced learning opportunities for our children by allowing both individual classes, and the school community as a whole, to enjoy special assemblies.
Outdoor Fund This fund supports the supplies needed for outdoor activities as well as the maintenance of the playground, landscaping and other outdoor additions around the school building.
Just follow these three easy steps and gift giving will be simple!!!
1. For each donation, complete the donation form(s). For your convenience, two donation forms are included on the other side of this notice. Please fill in the specific information regarding your donation, the honoree and the selected fund. If the honoree is not a CSS staff member, then his/her address must be included (so that a card may be sent). Feel free to make additional copies if needed. You will need a separate form for each recipient.
2. Make your check payable to CSS PTO and attach your donation form(s). One check is acceptable for multiple donations.
3. Return the completed donation form and your check to the school office in an envelope addressed to CSS PTO. (you can send it in with your child)
Please return all forms by Friday, June 8th. (Any donations submitted after this date will be applied to the program fund.) Thanks in advance for your support!
